Ionos Modlen Mair

Born 2002. Mair was shown in hand as a three year old with much success in the 2005 show season (see shows link). She has bred two colt foals - Ionos Morgan in 2006 by Traethglas Tomos, and Ionos Meuryn in 2007 by Gwynfaes Culhwch who has been retained at stud. In 2008, she has had her first filly foal by Ionos Troy, Ionos Troy's Lady.

Ionos Modlen Meia

Born 2003. Meia was shown in the 2006 show season and was awarded a WPCS Bronze Medal. Her 2007 filly foal Ionos Meirwen by David's Victor Llwyd was sold at the 2007 Builth Sales. In 2008, she had another beautiful filly foal, this time by Thorneyside The Jackpot who was sold at the May 2009 cob sales.

Llwynhywel Model Mai

Llwynhywel Model Mai - born 1994. Mai was bought at the Builth sales in 2001 and has not only produced outstanding stock in the past - the late Llwynhywel Boy O Boy, and Llwynhywel Victor - she has also given us some of the best breeding and showing stock at the stud (see above Ionos Modlen Mair, Ionos Modlen Meia - and this year's filly foal Ionos Modlen Manon). In 2008 Mai had a colt foal by Ionos Troy, Ionos Troy's Boy, and we are retaining her 2009 filly foal by Donys the President.

Soden Gwawr

Born 1999. Ionos Euryn, (Soden Gwawr x Gwynfaes Culhwch) a palomino colt foal was purchased by the Dylasau Stud in north wales in 2006 and his first crop of foals have been born this year . In 2008 Gwawr gave us a handsome dun colt by Thorneyside The Guvnor, Ionos Dun and Dusted. Yet another colt in 2009 by Trefaes Black Marvel, Ionos Captain Jack. We're hoping for a filly in 2010 - Gwawr is in foal to Trevallion Picasso.

Paith Lleucu's Bossy Girl

Purchased as a two year old at the Builth Sales in 2002, Lleucu was the top priced filly. She was shown in hand as a three year old with much success. The dam of our Royal Welsh winner Ionos Lluan Non by Brynithon The Gigalo and also dam of Ionos Ellie Mai by Brynithon The Invinsible. Ellie herself was also successfully shown in 2007 winning several firsts and Supreme Foal Champion at Pontarddulais Show. Lleucu herself won a fourth prize rosette in the Brood Mare class at the 2007 Royal Welsh Show. Lleucu has had colt foals in 2008 and 2009 - Ionos Llion by Thorneyside the Terminator (2008 - retained) and Ionos Lludd by Trevallion Picasso in 2009.

Lady, seen here with her 2002 filly foal Ionos Ffydd (x Rhosymeirch Reflection) and 2005 filly foal Ionos Adwen (x Brynithon New Image) who was sold to Germany in 2006 after being shown by us as a yearling and winning many 1st prizes. Ionos Polly's Lady (Carless Fair Lady x Gwenllan Sam) her 2006 filly foal was sold at the Builth Sales in October 2007. Our 2007 filly foal (Carless Fair Lady x Ionos Troy) Ionos Polly's Pride has been retained at stud.
