Ionos Captain Sam

This is our first foal by Ionos Llion and out of Ystraddewi June Surprise. June usually foals pretty much to her due dates, but this year she hung on until Grand Slam weekend - no prizes for guessing why he's been named Captain Sam! A stunning colt foal, beautifully marked with four equally proportioned white legs. As Ionos Ffion who is out of the same dame, Sam is destined for the showring.

Born 19th April

Out of Ionos Ffion and by Ionos Llion. Colt foal pictured here at 5 weeks old. Beautiful head an eye and excellent bone and foot.

Born 28th April

A filly foal out of Paith Lleucu's Bossy Girl and by Llanarth Fiery Jack. Pictured here at 4 weeks old. Chestnut filly with four whites and a blaze.

Born 3rd May 2012

A beautiful filly foal out of Ionos Lluan Non and by Gwenllan Sam. Bay with two very small white rear socks. We are extremely excited about this filly. Pictured here at 3 weeks old.
